Log in to Internet banking
- Click the checking account your card is tied to.
- Click the card listed in the Card Management window.
- Click Report Lost/Stolen. This option immediately stops further debit card transactions and scheduled payments from your card.
- Contact us to reorder a new card; this will not occur automatically.
Log in to our mobile app:
- Click the checking account your card is tied to.
- Click Card Management from the menu list.
- Select the card.
- Click Report lost/stolen. This option immediately stops further debit card transactions and scheduled payments from your card.
- Please note your card may not be 'turned on' once this option has been completed.
