Kevin Hennessy

I joined CLB&T in 2019 and have nine years of experience in the real estate lending industry. I am experienced in origination, processing, and closing. I enjoy being active in our community and currently hold several leadership positions on community boards. I am the Vice President of the Mason City YMCA Board of Directors, Vice President of the Mason City Lions Club, and a Team Captain for the Mason City Chamber Ambassadors. I am also a member on the NIACC Alumni Advisory board of directors, and the River City Barbershop Chorus. I’ve lived in Mason City for almost four years with my wife Libby.
