Voice Access Telephone Banking is free service which allows you to securely and easily access your account information by telephone. For account access, you'll need your account number and personal identification number (PIN). Access the menu by touch or the following voice commands:

  • Press 1 or say "account information":
    • Press 1 or say, "checking" for (checking/money market accounts)
    • Press 2 or say, "savings" (non-money market accounts)
    • Press 3 or say, "CD"
    • Press 4 or say, "IRA"
    • Press 5 or say, "loans"
    • Press 0 or say, "customer service" for assistance
    • Press * or say, "cancel" to return to the previous menu

  • Press 2 or say, "funds transfer"

  • Press 3 or say, "banking business hours and ATM locations"

  • Press 4 or say, "report lost/stolen card"

  • Press 0 or say "customer service"

  • Say "instructions" for assistance
