Our Fraud Center
CLB&T works a partner to assist in fraud detection/protection for our customers. If fraud is suspected on your account, you may receive one or more of these notifications:
- A phone call/voicemail from our partner, Fraud Center. Callers will hear an automated voice and will be transferred to a fraud expert if fraud is suspected. If returning a call to verify your transactions, you will need to contact the number given in the voicemail or Clear Lake Bank & Trust for assistance.
- Email notification
- Text message
It is extremely important to respond these messages and notifications promptly. Should you have any questions or need additional assistance, please contact us at 641-357-7121 and ask to speak to with a customer service representative or a personal banker.
