Lost or Stolen Card

Please notify us immediately if your ATM/debit card has been lost or stolen, or unauthorized transactions have occurred on your account.

Log in to Online Banking

  • Click the checking account your card is tied to.
  • Click the card listed in the Card Management window.
  • Click Report Lost/Stolen.  This option immediately stops further debit card transactions and scheduled payments from your card.
  • Contact us to reorder a new card; this will not occur automatically.

Log in to our mobile app:

  • Click the checking account your card is tied to.
  • Click Card Management from the menu list.
  • Select the card.
  • Click Report lost/stolen.  This option immediately stops further debit card transactions and scheduled payments from your card.
  • Please note your card may not be 'turned on' once this option has been completed. 
  • Contact us to reorder a new card; this will not occur automatically.
